Answer: Kocheril Raman Narayanan Kocheril Raman Narayanan (February 4, 1921 to November 9, 2005) was an Indian scholar and politician who had served as the tenth president of India from 1997 to 2002.And the Ninth Vice President of India from 1992 to 1997.
